GameStop - 6706 - Fairfax

There aren't many GameStops left and who knows when they'll all eventually go the way of the dodo. This one has so far survived. Pre-owned selection and normal inventory is likely going to be smaller and less broad, but the staff is nice and knowledge. Suggestion is to call ahead to make sure they still have the item you want in stock, before making the drive, regardless what the website may or may not say. Parking is easy and plentiful, since it is in a strip mall. Fairly easy to get in and out of the strip mall, since it is basically kind of right next to the mall by a block or two.

Thomas-salesman extraordinaire, and Bri-Mgr with the Mostest, are the most amazing GameStop professionals that I’ve ever met! They both are most knowledgeable in every form of their divine manifestation, answered all my questions with lightning speed, AND brought the Vision of the Infinity Stones to life during my check out transaction while purchasing my new PS4!

Beautiful customer service and just overall friendly and likable staff. In and out in 5 minutes with detailed help and further information. Had a huge amount of customers but went through them extremely fast.

I came in with a whole ps5 console trade-in to buy a new ps5 pro using 3 payment methods (trade in, GameStop Mastercard from previous trade-ins, and a debit card). Not only did Thomas fully test my trade-in and make it a seamless transaction, but the whole time we were chatting about FF Tactics and things the game doesn’t tell you. I’ve written maybe 5 reviews in my 36 years, but this was such a notable exceptional experience that I had to share. Give this man a raise!!!

I’ve been coming to this GameStop in Fair Lakes for over 10 years. The store is always clean, organized, and easy to shop in. Brie, the general manager, does a fantastic job running the store and supporting her team. The staff—Anthony, Sol, Nigel, and Kyle—are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy. This location has always been reliable and continues to stand out as one of the better GameStop stores around!!
