GameStop - 669 - Regency Point Shopping Center

If I could give it zero stars I would! Bought a pack of cards, realized it wasn't what I was looking for literally walked out and walked back in , wanted to exchange not return ! Guy says the computer won't let him return it! Walks into the back , with his tablet that he's clearly watching for entertainment, pretends to call seven store managers in the matter of three minutes! Comes back out and says there's nothing we can do! If it's all sales final you NEED TO POST A SIGN STATING THAT!! Other wise you're misleading people , and that's not okay! I clearly made a mistake and now because I had no idea I'm out my money with the wrong product!!! I won't ever shop at game stop again that's for sure!!!

Literally had no Gengar cards. That were absolutely free. And now somehow they're +$100. Scalp stop sucks.

Very nice game store.my only problem is the employees. So.e are nice, but most are rude and sarcastic, ignoring my questions when I ask them. For example, I asked an employee to get me a game because he said if I was searching for one, to come to him, and he got the game, but when I asked him what the price was, he said "it's full price" unless I'm missing something here, I'm asking because I don't know the full price. Please make sure employees are more respectful

Not a huge fan of GS corporate policies but the staff at this location are top notch. Liz was very nice and solved my issues with patience and understanding. Her coworker gave great game recommendations for my kids understanding my restrictions without judging or being a jerk which has happened other places. Had several decent experiences at this location.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Called about 10 times today, no answer. We mention it at the store, and the cashier goes, with an attitude, "im sorry but i was here by myself and its been busy like this all day". Mind you when we were in there, there were maybe only 3 other customers in there. Apparently that's "busy". If you are going to work in customer service, learn how to talk to people and check your attitude. Looks like all the reviews are mentioning how rude they are. WHY have these people not been FIRED?! Get it together!
