Few days ago I Called the store repeatedly and no one picked up the phone… so I Drove over 40 mins to be told system was down I was trying to trade in 2 consoles.. today I called again repeatedly to trade in no one gets the phone again so I drive 40 mins again before I walk in I notice no one’s in the store there’s one redhead employeee is sitting on her phone behind the counter the boy is stocking shelfs doing inventory work.. I call the store Standing outside the store in mall no customers in the store at all, And they clicked mute on the phone and let it ring.. I go in anyway… I don’t bring up the phone incident.. ask if they can do trade in’s the guy says yes so I go back out get my stuff come in.. then after standing behind a guy who came in while I was outside the system goes down again I had been waiting 20 mins. ….. so now I’ve driven to the store twice waisted my gas my time and my patience. Honestly do better game stop. Atleast make sure your employees are picking up the phone.

i unfortunately had a bad experience at the end of purchasing a brand new nintendo switch 2, what we thought was going to be a good time ended up being very disappointing and uncomfortable by the cashiers part. Kept pushing us to add a store warranty, tried humiliating us in front of everyone in the store by saying that the pre owned switch 2 wasn’t good enough for us just because we decided to purchase a new switch 2 instead of the used one. if someone is not interested in adding a product accept it and move on, don’t get personal about it, or talk bad about the product a customer is purchasing. i’ve been purchasing from this store for 9 years but unfortunately going to be purchasing at a different location. cashiers name, Destiny.

Needs more in the store this place is going downhill ever since they stopped selling Retro games, I placed an online order that told in the store it would be no more than 3 to 5 business days, I waited over 10.... really getting tired of the online order push because I'd rather have my product same day I paid for it instead of waiting for it...

I actually did see a brand new Switch game already discounted, with it being a good title too. In addition to games and accessories, the store here also has other media and items for purchase, such as pop culture-related items, clothing, and toys.
