Not as many used games as we were hoping, particularly for the original NES and Switch. New items were overpriced, sometimes as much as 50% more than the same item at Walmart.

Took my son and my friends daughter here over the weekend to get Pokemon cards. The staff was so friendly, they didn't mind both of them geeking out over the plushies and cards. They answered all of my questions and they encouraged the kids to rip their packs there. They were just as excited as my son was while opening his new cards. If you are looking for Pokemon Cards head over there!

Don’t even consider returning anything here. I had a brand new controller, still sealed. When I bought it, the clerk told me it was a 30 day return policy because Im a pro member. It’s been 15 days over the holidays, and I tried returning it. NOPE. “The system won’t let me.” …ok? Can you do anything? “Nope.” Wow. Useless employees and a system designed to deceive and steal from customers? Membership cancelled.

I went to the store this morning. I found 3 games to buy. I brought the cases to the front and the worker switched one out for a generic case. When I asked for the original case he told me the original case if for the last copy and refused to give it to me. What kind of policy is that? He also put the generic case at the bottom of the pile of games when he brought it to the counter in hopes I wouldn’t notice. I ended up not buying anything and I will not be returning after that experience.

I stopped to get a couple of gaming magazines for a gift. The clerk did a good job of helping me. I was satisfied with my purchase. I did overhear a conversation with another customer that came in, expecting that their special order had arrived. Apparently it was delayed and they were never notified. I get that these things happen, and people need to be understanding. However when the customers complained "it would have been nice to have notified, so as to not make unnecessary trip (traffic was super busy and congested), the store clerk didn't express much of an apology or empathy. I think they lost a potential customer :(
