GameStop - 6610 - Trinity Point Center

Always a great experience when we visit and the staff is nice and super helpful. We had some issues with some games ordered from the website recently but the manager Brian helped us resolved the issue asap! Super pleased with the customer service here!

Bryan is cool, he took time to answer my Qs and was patient. I bought an Xbox S and some other stuff. The controller didn't work well when I tried it out, but I paid for the warranty and took it back, no problem. Got the money back and bought beer from at the beer shop next door and a knife on Amazon. I'll be back soon and I'll prolly buy a new next time. I got mothra from the Ramen pack

Very horrible experience honestly I payed for a mousepad that had rgb took it home rgb don’t work also the mouse pad will not stay flat it’s a horrible product and I was told to kick rocks when I tried getting in store credit and tried taking it back probably like 4 or 5 days later I have the receipt and everything they didn’t even take the time to take it out of the box to check it… why can’t I return a defective product???? I called corporate they can’t do anything besides tell me their should be zero issues returning???! GameStop straight up robbed me

I stopped in today to kill time while waiting on new tires, with zero intentions of buying anything. The store had clean floors and great lighting, which is a change from my local GameStop locations. It's a huge store with lots of various genres of merchandise to buy. The game selection was far more varied than my local stores have to offer. There was an employee from another store there helping out today and she was so incredibly genuine in her kindness that I decided to make a purchase while I was there. When I walked in, she said "hello lovely human" and I have never been greeted so wholeheartedly kind in my life. The young man also working there was genuinly kind as well. Great experience, best GameStop I've ever been to.
