They are scam artists! A pokemon set that just came out on June 19th 2026 that retails for 14.99, they had the audacity too put them up for $59.99 on day one after buying them for below msrp themselves. This is the scummiest practice I have ever seen a retail store perform and I will never be spending another dime at GameStop again!

Would love to know what the inside of the store looks like but as soon as we opened the door, the man at the front desk shooed us out and said he was closing after he helped the last customer. It was 8:18pm. The sign right next to the door we were kicked out of said 9pm. Glad we drove 30 minutes to get there for nothin.

Just had an interaction with employee Adam as I was trying to return a marvel legends action figure. He asked what he could help me with and I stated that I wanted to return my item. His response was "we don't accept returns on collectibles." So I checked the receipt and searched online, which both clearly say otherwise. Maybe he was told by a higher up person to say this or maybe he didn't want to do any work. Either way, I proved to him that he was wrong and he then accepted my return. I've never heard of this and it just doesn't make any sense. A store that sells mostly collectibles, can't accept returns on said collectibles? Just makes me wonder how many customers this business has lied to. At the end of it, I was able to get a refund. But I most certainly do not appreciate being lied to from a place that I like to shop at.

Typical of other GameStop locations, this store does fairly well at what it offers. The focus as always is current-gen gaming, although a good amount of last-gen games are available. Unlike other stores in the area, this location offers a strong variety of gaming figures, clothing, novelties, and other miscellaneous items related to gaming. Two demo kiosks are set up as well. The one caveat is that the PlayStation Vita selection is incredibly small. I could find no new games for this system, whereas the few used available titles were incomplete with cases. This is unlike other stores.
