Freaking people are lostt at this store they would not give me my cards I paid for from PSA and when I finally got it the next day they give me 14 Graded Pokeman cards. Which mine were football cards of course I told them they were not mine. they price gouge there customers and shifty service I will never buy anything or send cards to PSA from this store or any other gamestop

I understand that businesses are usually busy and that sometimes items or customers can usually fall between the cracks. I get that, but when submitting cards to be graded to PSA, I received no updates or call from the store when I was told I would receive updates. Knowing this, I called the store to ask if there was any news regarding my cards that I sent off and was greeted by someone who was talking to others and not listening to what I had to say. When they did answer, they only said “bear with me” then put me on hold. This is all fine at the end of the day because I know that employees get busy. What I do not understand is that when I was put on hold, I was put on hold for 40+ minutes with no answer. This time would’ve probably went on further had I not just ended the call. I feel it is not assuring, nor fair to just say “bear with me” then ignore someone on the phone for the next majority of an hour. Whatever’s the case is, I do not recommend calling the store, and suggest to just speak to them in store.

Tried to come in to return an online purchase that was not as described and the online customer service is horrendous, employee says to wait until manager gets there. Ok fine. We get back and the manager is already rude off the back clearly lacking any sort of social skills. Manager refuses to help and do anything. Seriously learn how to do your job and stop being lazy. Never buying from this company ever again. This is why gamestop is going bankrupt.

Warm and friendly staff - and they know their stuff too. .....great selection of games and accessories and even clothings..... Best place to pre-order your games and with membership, you save more and gets lots of perks.
