Zero stars I bought a brand new game monster hunter stories 3 paid $70+ for it played for 5 minutes tried taking it back and got $23 that’s just a rip off in my opinion

The Pokémon Scarlet and Violet event was today and it was posted that you needed to bring in your console with the game in order to receive tho code. The GameStop guys gave out the last two codes in front of me to people that did not have their consoles. I called yesterday to ensure they would have the codes. This was the worst handled shiny event ever

Absolutely love this gamestop, my go-to for all my games and consoles. Not to mention the amazing customer service. I always have the same guy who's been working there forever, he's amazing at what he does. And anyone mad because there out of stock or that they sell merch, go back to Walmart man

Ryan is amazing and knowledgeable! I def go to this store (even though it's further away than others) for the customer service provided... It's worth the extra miles! He's always a phone call away too, for moms who need help figuring out what is compatible with certain systems 😶‍🌫️😂 He's most certainly created a return customer!
