GameStop - 6492 - Stoneridge Village

I think this is a wonderful GameStop, and even though they aren’t the best at restocking Five Nights at Freddy’s merch, (my favorite game) they usually have some when there’s new releases which is cool. The staff is always helpful, kind, and sometimes a little funny. I would 100% recommend going here!

They are never open when they’re supposed to be. The guy gets there 20 minutes late today, and then still makes everyone outside wait another 20 minutes until he locks the door.

It was well stocked with many gaming platforms, and had a good selection of new and used games.

Really hate to leave a 1 star review, but o stars was not an option. Went to purchase 3 games on their buy 3 for $60 (under $30) sale. On day 3 of the promotion, Rep had zero clue there even was a sale. Went to check the signs and then rang up my games and informed me it would be $124. I inquired as to why and she explained that one of the games had an "old" sticker on it and that was not the actual price. The price was now $5 higher which would exclude it from the sale. She then explained there was , "you know, simply nothing we can do about that". Not a great experience, but to be expected from a store where I've never had a good experience and from a store who has failed to acquire anything other than a 1 star Google review for the last 6 months. Gamestop corporate has to be extremely proud! 👏

Usually the employees are nice and I’m able to get in and out for my once a month visit, but for the past few months the store hasn’t even been open. Every time I drive by, doesn’t matter what time or day, they usually have the shutters down and are closed.
