GameStop - 6472 - Dorman Center

I went to this GameStop to pick up a game because the location closer to me didn’t have it in stock, and the Dorman location showed one available. When I arrived, the cashier was polite at first. I asked if I could check the cartridge before leaving, and he agreed. However, while I was speaking, he walked away mid sentence without saying anything and went over to another employee. He then began speaking to that employee in a condescending and disrespectful way, even mocking him in front of a customer he was helping. It was uncomfortable to witness. When he came back, I was still waiting to let him know the cartridge was working, but he just stared at me without saying anything. I ended up grabbing my receipt and leaving.

Melonie was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you!

I've struggled for a while trying to find older Gen games for my consoles, and while it's not always guaranteed, I had the pleasure of speaking with Adam, who was more than helpful, he was out of the box and above and beyond, thank you for making sure i went home with want i was looking for!!!

Too many rules to be reliable, wouldn't take a game on trade because it was sealed. Refused to do it even if I unsealed the game. Hope they enjoy the rules over business strategy.
