Walked in to buy video games for a gamer friend's birthday after being out of the video game world for the last 15 years. The store manager, Michael, was a great help and recommended some good games to get for my friend which was an ode to our time playing video games together. Got some nice classics including Mega Man and Mortal Kombat. My friend was ecstatic with his present. He also recommended the GamePass which actually ended up saving me some money as well. Clean store with very helpful employees. Will be sure to return.

Went to GameStop to send in some cards for PSA grading recently. The employee that helped me, Moose, was awesome. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the process and making sure my cards were packaged appropriately.

I got a $500 card back from PSA here and the staff handled it super professionally and well. Never had a card THAT valuable come back, so I was a bit nervous if anything would happen to it, but I definitely trust the guys with future orders like that. I've really only had good experiences here, from pokemon drops to switch 2 release and more. I greatly prefer this location to the others in NJ, I hope it does not get closed like the one in Edison!
