Lazy workers closed 20 minutes before 8 pm. Was looking to get cards with my son after a long day of driving.

Charlotte and Chris were great to do business with, very friendly and welcoming. Store was clean, cool selections of games and merch, trade in process was pretty easy, I had a mostly good time. Then there was this other gentleman, and I say gentleman because I think google takes down reviews for being too honest, let’s just saw his name is Rick, first name P. So P.Rick comes in, apparently angry about being old and working the night shift at this nice store and is promptly rude to his coworkers, ruder still to the customers waiting patiently as he ignores them to talk down to his coworkers before talking down to them. To the point where if I come back and he’s working I’ll just walk across the lot to Target to get my stuff, nobody needs to be getting treated like that. Anyways, Chris and Charlotte, you both get 6 stars. P.Rick, I hope whatever pain resides in your heart is lifted and healed, and you find peace. There’s no need for that unbecoming conduct.

Customer service haven! We've been coming here for many years & have never had a bad experience. Today, Charlotte (sp?) went out of her way to help me figure out what my teens needed for their game system... She then, gleefully, walked my one son through how to make it work. Friendly, knowledgeable, and delightful staff! Always something extra cool in stock, too! Definitely worth skipping the big-box stores.

Has items in stock, high price to keep them from being bought out in bulk. Nice service that you can pre-order and have it held for you.

Went here to buy a ps portal but they didn't have the color in stock, despite the website saying they did -I can live with that. However, I went here today to purchase a game and the sticker said $24.99, I take it to the register and it rings up $57. They made up excuses why the price wasn't changed back and wont honor the price. I'm done attempting to spend money at this store and getting terrible service.
