GameStop - 6315 - Shops at Millenium

Honestly, one of my Most favorite local GameStop in the area all the staff is super cool super chill. Help you whenever you need it super friendly environment. I would recommend this game stuff out of everyone we have locally.

Great store and great manager. My only complaint is a certain employee there that likes to put down and make fun of console gamers. Every time I go in and pre order a game for my ps5 she has something to say. She makes it all about her and how PC gamers are superior. I use to work at gamestop long ago. But if im not mistaken thats the main ready why gamestop is even a thing. Console gamers. You can't insult a customer and expect business.

I'm a senior with zero knowledge of gaming. I went in to get my grandkids's Christmas gift. I received immediate help. It was the easiest Christmas shopping for this old grandma! The employee was cheerful and friendly and knew exactly what I needed! Thank you!

Severely going down hill, I'm sure their policies aren't all this branches fault, however if I buy something new, with a warranty I want it replaced with new when and off it breaks. I paid extra for the warranty and they were looking for a used or refurbished item to replace it with. Absolutely not. The manager corrected it but I had to be persistent that it was unacceptable.

Never had a problem.. the selection has been lower since covid.. but the staff has always been great that's why they get the five.. so thanks for making the day better
