GameStop - 6297 - Shops at Water Tower

Advertising for Pokemon release not accurate acceptable. No on in store no line no promo but to friends only it seemed. Overpriced by over 30-40% of msrp and false advertising. 10:30pm and just a small group of kids that smell like weed along with employees making you feel uncomfortable. Go to your local TCG card shop to get better deals and friendly people.

Hope they close like the hundreds that already have the last year. They're just scalpers with a store. $70 for a new release pokemon bundle when MSRP is $26.99. Gfys

The lady who helped me was very kind considerate and informative... it was raining and two other customers were there and without missing a beat .. she was able to satisfy all of the customers.. she was a one man band and everything was awesome...

Accidentally bought a game for a wrong console and opened it before realizing my mistake. Was told I could only get 7/37 I paid back for the game. I asked Corporate to give me $20 back in store credit and I would eat $10 for my mistake and they declined. I won't be shopping at GameStop anymore and will encourage others not to as well. Buy games online, way more convenient and you won't have issues like this.

I am in love with the customer service I always receive from the staff at this location. The employee who helped me went WAY above and beyond for me, and I am grateful for the level of service I received regarding my pro points I was trying to redeem. In order to resolve my issues she spent 30 minutes on the phone getting everything worked out and I left a very happy lady!! Best game stop around!! Shop here with confidence and know you will get great customer service!! I'm convinced the staff love questions, so go hit me with the best ones you have and you'll see what I'm talking about!!
