GameStop - 6293 - Nashville West

Great customer service! I went to this GameStop location around 1pm on 8/22/26 to get The Hobbit Magic The Gathering cards for my husband’s birthday, but didn’t have a clue what packs to buy. The gentlemen at the checkout counter greeted me right away when I entered and was SO helpful! I didn’t catch his name, but he 100% deserves a raise! He spent 10 minutes helping me decide what packs to purchase based off my budget and my husband’s play style. I went in with my fingers crossed I wouldn’t be disappointing my husband on his birthday and left fully confident that he’ll be over the moon when he opens his gift!

Absolutely trash. Bought a pack of rechargeable batteries for an xbox remote. Tried to return them to the store, and got told "if they are not defective, then according to our policy we can not take them back" I mean come on GAMESTOP, HOW CAN SOMEONE TELL IF IT IS DEFECTIVE IF THEY DONT OPEN THEM?!" Gamestop used to be one of the best companies, but now they only care about HOW MUCH MONEY THEY MAKE

I had to treat myself with some new games that I haven't played yet. Pre-birthday joy. Thanks again.

I. Bought a used ps4 console. Was told.it would work. There was no hdmi cord in box. Unit did not work. When I went to.return it was told they did not have a hdmi cord to test with it so I left it all there. Less then 30 minutes later I get a call saying they found a cord and tested it a d system was bad. Not.going there again.

Staff were helpful and the games I wanted were in stock. Store was clean and organized. My experience was very positive.
