Every time I go to this gamestop they never actually have whatever game I take off the shelf to buy. And now it must be staffed by a single person because every other local gamestop from East Stroudsburg to Mt Pocono closed and of the 3 times I've been to this store in the past 2 weeks to try to trade in games, it has been closed for that person to take their lunch break.

Do not recommend going here, the past few times have had a bad experience. Used to love going to Gamestop, but it's better to get stuff online now. False advertising and also no clearance items available at this store apparently.

I’ve been coming to the store for a long time the crew that works there store manager Amanda associate Dom and Ryan are awesome. They’re very nice stores always clean very helpful. They’re the best GameStop crew you’ll ever run into. There’s nothing they don’t know and if they don’t, they will find out and find a way to help you. You should always go and visit them if you have any problem or just to pick up your games and hang out they’re really cool people you won’t get a better GameStop crew for anywhere else but then this is the best GameStop you’ll ever step your foot into.

The store is always a little bit dirty. Even though there is nobody in there.. trash can behind the counter very visible and full of open takeout containers LOL just a little gross being in there

If you ever come here looking for Pokémon cards, don’t bother. The manger and some of the employees are most likely scalpers because whenever you go to get any kind of cards on release day, they never have any. The manager hides the cards in the back and underneath the counters for himself and other employees and it’s getting ridiculous now. They quote “don’t always get the stock” which is a lie because the other GameStop’s that I have gone to in the area do confirm that this store does have cards. The manager is ridiculous and just buys out all the cards along with the employees. The company just doesn’t care enough about its consumers.
