GameStop - 6253 - Fort Hood - GameStop Military

Best employees ever, funny and they know their history

Even though GameStop offers military discount this GameStop store manager chooses to not offer it. Pretty slimy thing to do with a GameStop on a base.

There was a little mix up but Ethan did an awesome job helping me find my game it was the only one left and we came from out of town I appreciate you ETHAN very much

If you’re looking for top-notch service and a great shopping experience, the Fort Cavazos GameStop is the place to go! Alyssa is an exceptional manager who keeps everything running smoothly and ensures every customer feels valued. Simon and DeMarcus went above and beyond with their knowledge, professionalism, and friendly attitudes. They helped me find exactly what I needed and even gave some great recommendations. The entire team creates a welcoming, efficient, and fun atmosphere. Whether you’re a hardcore gamer or just browsing, you won’t find better service anywhere else. Highly recommend this location—five stars all the way!

The staff here is always helpful, patient and friendly. They provide information on their games and share their thoughts and opinions. The store stays pretty well stocked with different products. Located inside the Post Exchange corridor. Recommended this over the GameStops that are off post, they accept StarCard and game reservations/Pre-orders.
