Not helpful, not friendly. Won't be returning. Bullmoose is a better option and hopefully GameStop will be out of business sooner than later.

The employee was working on Friday, 2/27/26 around 10:00am (opening) was extremely rude and was refusing to assist me with an issue that was caused by them. It doesn’t matter if a mistake was made but when a mistake is made on 4 separate occasions with me asking for clarification on a pre-order and I get the same answer from multiple different employees then it’s a failure on the store not property training their team. I was excited to make this my home GameStop but I will not be returning here and shopping elsewhere for my video game needs.

Jonathan made mine and my kiddos experience in this store so much fun. You can tell he loves what he does. Above and beyond. Kudos, GameStop.

Completely unacceptable I've ordered a brand new controller three times now and all three times it has come resealed and in a busted box this box alone would have got me 5 to 10 dollars off this isn't ok this company has lost its pride in the products it sells

Went In to get used prices for a co-worker on a switch and get some PlayStation stuff. The staff working tonight was super amazing, knowledgeable, cared, and very attentive to everyone in the store! They went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
