Can tell Tre runs a great team. He leads with aloha—always on the floor helping out, greeting people with a smile, and making sure everyone is mālama'd. It makes the whole place feel super welcoming and fun. If you like good kine service from a team that enjoys their jobs, go check 'em out

Had a PS5 controller with stick drift I bought from them. They were able to switch it out for a working one without a receipt. Great example of the type of customer service they provide. Big company with local vibes. Love it. Definitely go there for all your gaming needs.

DON’T EVER GO HERE! YOU WILL BE TREATED POORLY! Only one staff member working this day (9/2/2024) Extremely rude staff (I believe the manager). Talked down to me was super unprofessional to me. Instead of having a nice tone had a talk down tone like I’m not Important, my stuff is poor and I should have known the policies (haven't taken anything to GameStop for over 10 years). Definitely doesn’t seem like he knows what he’s talking about by giving wrong information. Avoid the trouble and shop other places. The guy is a major problem to deal with! Preordering was fine. After picking up the preorder will NEVER GO HERE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!!
