Employees were very friendly but not too pushy. This location also had some fairly rare games. Good experience

The Kids and I had a wonderful time looking for a game or two!! We were greeted and helped by Tyler & Kayden. They were both very helpful and knowledgeable to our questions and needs.

Amazing selection of games and collectibles! The staff is super friendly and always eager to help you find exactly what you're looking for. I love coming here for the latest releases and to chat about gaming trends!

Someone tell the employees to wear deodorant, smelled like gamer in there last time I went. Hopefully it was just some of the customers but of the dozen times I've entered, 4/5 times it reeked of B.O. It's also insanely quiet and awkward in there, no music or sounds, it's like a library. Made me wanna leave immediately rather than browse. Put a flatscreen or radio station in there, jeez man. They did have games, I guess. And good TCG selection, but their fandom knicknacks section needs to improve. Overall it's got nothing on the gamestop at Salem Center, 2 out of 5, it's just really depressing to visit.

The Keizer GameStop is honestly the best in Oregon- I'd wager the best in the states! The staff go above and beyond for their customers and make every single experience a wonderful one. When you walk in, you aren't shopping- you're visiting friends! At tonight's Tears of the Kingdom launch we had a particularly special guest helping to keep up morale- Snowbell! It was SUCH a fun night taking pictures with him, talking to fellow Zelda fans, and enjoying what is normally a bit of a stressful situation (early launches) with the crew. I can't recommend this place more!
