GameStop - 6205 - Harden Ranch Plaza

I gave this store the full 5 because it has figures stacked like the ones people grab first at Walmart and target. Never overpriced but fair or better. The People working here always help. Always offer good offers with your sale. Makes sense if you go a lot. Might get next time. I'm glad they didn't close this store. And I hope they do not. This is the last GameStop close to me and thats 1hr and 30mins away. So thank you guys at this store. And they have amiibos too. I just seen the sold out ones for Mario Galaxy 2 today.

Very unorganized very hectic the only thing good bout this place was the knowledgeable staff besides that hey i can come organize that store if u want help

Placed an order online and they didn't bother to look because they sold the items to someone else. They canceled my order saying they couldn't hold my item any longer?! was waiting for them to send a confirmation email saying it was ready since i was told i couldn't pick up until i got it!

It's been awhile since I have been to this location. It was a mess! Trash on the sales floor, didn't look like they have swept or vacuumed in weeks. Product everywhere. Wasn't greeted, no one asked if I needed any help till I was standing in line. I remember when this store was jammed with people but the staff still took the time to stop unpacking boxes, leave the counter and have a conversation with the guests that came in. And what's with the cardboard boxes on the floor filled with random crap. I almost tripped over one of them. Nothing was organized. Very disappointed

Jairo Vasquez is the absolute GOAT when it comes to game recommendations. I walked into GameStop with no idea what I was looking for—just vibes, y’know? And boom Jairo swoops in like a gaming guru sent from the future, and instantly starts helping me with a level of energy that could only be described as the definition of hype. He didn’t just recommend games. Nah, this man dove deep into my soul like he was scanning my brain with a high-powered gaming radar. He asked about my gaming history, my vibes, my mood, the texture of my inner gamer. It was like a spiritual experience. I was like “uhh I don’t know maybe something chill” and he was like, “BRO, I got you.” He pulled out the perfect game for me, like a wizard pulling a fireball out of his pocket.
