The Dillards fragrance department is beyond rude! The manager Cindy, if that’s even her real name, needs to be fired immediately! As I’m trying to make a decision of what scent I want to purchase she approaches me and ask which door will I be exiting out of. I asked my sales associate when they started making announcements, if I haven’t made my decision by 6 will I still be allowed to make my purchase. She informed me that the registers do not close until the last customer leaves. So that being said there’s no reason why THE SO CALLED MANAGER should be coming up to me with a very rude and disrespectful facial expression and attitude basically telling me to pick a door and leave! A manager should show all customers respect and a level of customer service that their training should have instilled in them. But maybe Dillards wants to go through the same as target, seems as if they are heading in that direction.

Uptown Village is an awesome place to shop. The stores are easy to walk to. The small little water park is beautiful! It's fun for the whole family to enjoy a beautiful afternoon walk at the mall. They have restaurants and some snack places to eat. Go to Uptown Village you will not regret it! 🙂

Nice area to visit if you ever just want to get out and walk around a lot of shops and stores to go to. There's even a play area with a water fountain for the kids. This is a good spot to go for family and maybe even taking someone on a date.

The best shopping mall in the area which has almost all big brands and departmental stores. We had very nice shopping experience here and decided to come back again. You an find good sales a d deals on various stores here as well as you can enjoy ice cream, pop corns and other snacks. You can also dine lunch here in local restaurants.
