The service at this location is always good. The people are always helpful and nice. However, GameStop has begun pricing its customers out of business. Not only have they stopped offering point rewards for being a loyal pro member, but the pro membership you pay for now only takes a chip off of the already overpriced new games and used games that can be purchased on Amazon in better condition. Additionally, Pokemon cards are now priced higher than most scalpers online, making the GameStop name as a whole a Scalping Business in itself. Shame on GameStop execs for taking such great childhood memories and crushing them to poorly salvage its profits. I sincerely hope they return to pricing games and cards within reason. The current state of business at GS is ridiculous.

I liked this GameStop..the other one in Clay Terrace was very unpredictable on when it was open. This one was good. Service and options were good. My son buys a lot of Pokemon cards, and they were well stocked.

Came in to look around, the girl at the front desk is currently working alone. She is unbelievably busy but doing such an incredible job. She has greeted each customer with a warm smile all while answering everyone’s questions, ringing people out and attempting to upsell the “pro membership”. No stress just good vibes with phenomenal customer service. As a DM for a large company, I’d be delighted to have her as one of my representatives. Keep her, promote her, praise her for her outstanding service.

Bought a refurbished PS5 here, had several problems with it and had to exchange it, and the 2nd console had the same issues. Ended up coming back and exchanging it for a new in box PS5 cause I suspect the problems were cause they were pre owned and GameStop wasn't as thorough about testing and refurbishing as they should be. The staff was very kind and apologetic the whole way and were patient with me and all my questions. The people at this location are great but I suspect GameStop as a company is dropping the ball with refurbished and pre owned hardware.
