Tommy. Is. The. G.O.A.T!! After calling 8 different locations in the Fresno area including Merced, simply asking about an xbox X system, Tommy is the only one that treated me with respect and dedication. Everyone else was rude and disrespectful and did not take the time to even answer any of my questions. Tommy on the other hand gave me expert/personal references, information, and education of questions that I had with endless knowledge that was beyond what I would experience from just an employee answering the phone. He even put me on hold to help other customers, which wasn't even an issue! Because of this man's respect and dedication to his job I would have waited on hold for 30 minutes without a sweat just to be able to talk to him and get the knowledge dump that I got. This man is dedicated to the art of making people feel appreciated and heard and made the conversation so personable and humble that I myself , not even seeing him in person, would want to shake his hand and give him a big hug. He deserves the biggest raise/promotion or anything to make him represent the Dedicated Top Dog that he is. Cheers to You Tommy and I hope ANYONE regardless of GameStop employees can follow in your footsteps just 10% of what you provided me.

Definitely really sad when Selma's store closed especially when you get to nerd/geek out about video games with some phenomenal employees. With that being said, this location has 2 out of 3 that my husband and I got to do have those conversations with. Not only do they allow you to do so but they are very helpful, will answer questions you have, make recommendations on other games you may not have played yet so I know this location will definitely be in good hands and of course we will make the 30ish minute drive to purchase future titles and trade in old games. Everything is nicely organized and clean.

Drive all the way from Selma to go to this store. The employees here all phenomenal. Especially after the one in my town closed down. Will definitely be making this my permanent store.

Tommy and Julie were among the kindest, most knowledgeable employees of a gaming store you could hope to encounter. This was quite possibly the best customer care I had ever experienced and I don’t just mean for a GameStop. We live a bit of a distance out in Lemoore from their store and there is even a Hanford location much closer, but I genuinely would prefer to take the drive just for the chance to chat with such great people. I could tell that if you asked the people here what they like about their job the most, a top answer would be “my coworkers”. Thank you to Tommy and Julie and even the warm greeting from Ray that made my experience worth wanting to shop there again.

Went in to see what a card would cost I graded myself and knew it was real. They said it was fake. They don't have experts here. My cards are legit. Had to go to another game stop with more knowledgeable employees
