Mario is THE G.O.A.T.! He went above and beyond to help me out. I felt like he actually puts effort into making sure the customer is 100% satisfied. I’m actually going to continue coming back to this GameStop because of his excellent service. I wouldn’t have known GameStop had so many great deals and options if it wasn’t for him. I’m actually on my way there tomorrow to meet with Alex. Alex was also another excellent crew member. I called over the phone and had a few more questions after speaking with Mario. He cleared them all up and will be helping me with my controller warranty tomorrow. Everyone in this location is great!

Charging scalper prices for trading cards is disgusting. If you’re willing to pay 2x MSRP, go support an independent card shop instead of filling the pockets of a greedy corporation like GameStop.

I visited this GameStop location for the first time in the afternoon of Tuesday, July 14th ‘26, looking for an item that the app showed as being in stock, but it wasn’t on the shelf. When I asked an employee about it, he simply told me the app was inaccurate. I then asked if he could check another location or point me to a store that might have it, and his response was just, “Nope.” I understand their system might not have permitted that function, but the delivery of his response was short and unnecessary. What really disappointed me was that while I was still at the register asking my question, he called the customer behind me forward before our interaction had even ended. The other customer understandably walked up, and we were both left awkwardly standing at the counter together. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, so I stepped aside rather than make a scene. I did not note the discourteous employee’s name, but he was a young Caucasian man with glasses and dark brown hair with an average build. I’m brining this description up because I do want to mention that another employee working that day—the older Caucasian gentleman with a beard—was polite and welcoming, which made the contrast in customer service even more noticeable. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should feel rushed off or treated as though their questions aren’t worth answering.

I came in to return a controller, and the woman at the front desk was mad rude the whole time. And then she’s gonna say I’m a jerk out of the blue cause my phone number is from Jersey. I pressed her on it which caused her to get defensive and be rude the entire time I’m there. Idk what her problem is but she need to figure it out cause it’s ridiculous.

This was actually the only one store that has Pokemon cards in the store while other places are always no cards left at store! If you have a monthly membership you get to have a pack for a dollar!! I learned it used to be free but because of the tariff, $1 is required etc. I thought was interesting because it was made in US... oh well, it was still cool tho.
