Hire some more people. Multiple times I’ve called and been put on hold for 15 minutes for a question that would take 15 seconds to answer

The store is always clean and I’m greeted every time I walk in there. Arthur always takes care of me and I'm pleased with how I’m treated. Thank you guys.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. The store itself is ok with a few slightly overpriced retro games and more overpriced modern games. However when I found one game that was "new" when it took it up to the counter they just put the disk in the display case. Then when I questioned it as I expected it to be sealed the guy said, "it's new but it's our last one." I took a second to think about it then he says, "I will just take it off for you because it rang up wrong anyways.". I said I still wanted it for the 19.99 the price tag that was on it, he tore the tag off and said, "I can't the price is now 39.99. I can't make price adjustments.". That is baloney because he was going to "adjust the price and sell it to me for the higher price.' I walked out leaving every thing else I was going to purchase behind. GameStop as a business is really a horrible company a with no customer respect. The guys who worked there were fine but the nonsense they have to adhere to is not customer centered. It is no wonder it is a failing company.

Customers be warned! Was great until check out when the guy pressed yes on the screen to charge for the game insurance without my consents this is the SECOND time that has happened but I made sure I didn’t get the extra charge this time. News flash, game stop, THAT’S ILLEGAL!!!!!!

I would give this location zero stars if I could. I walked into the Manchester GameStop today and was immediately hit with a "totally off" vibe. The entire store was in complete disarray—shelves were messy, cases were misplaced, and it looked like nobody had bothered to organize in weeks. The worst part, however, was the staff. The guys behind the counter had absolutely zero motivation and acted like it was a massive chore just to acknowledge I was there. To make matters worse, they were coughing on everything—the counter, the merchandise, you name it—without even trying to cover up. It felt incredibly unhygienic and unprofessional. Save yourself the trip and just order online or go somewhere else. This place has gone downhill fast.
