Worse than scalpers with their prices on card products. Do better

The touch pad on my Dualsense controller went bad and needed to be replaced. I didn't want to wait on Amazon, so my fiance and I stopped into GameStop to get a replacement. We were met by the most polite, knowledgeable, and helpful young lady by the name of Libby. I wanted a specific color, and the only one was not with the other controllers. Libby went out of her way to retrieve the controller I wanted, and offered the finest customer service I've ever received in a GameStop. If management reads this review, Libby deserves an accolade or some manner of reward. Customer service representatives like her are few and far between.

(GREAT MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES) First off I want to say this is my local GameStop. The employees are all nice and welcoming. Any complaints I can form come from high up within the corporate structure of the company. As far as the store goes. They are good people. The manager has went above and beyond to help out and be helpful. Any small issues I have ever had he has helped me resolve said issues. Any issue I have with GameStop comes from the customer service line and decisions above the pay grade of anyone from this location. As far as this. This is a well managed store with nice employees. This review is to reflect upon this store not the corporate structure or the policy's they have put in place. Very impressed with store manager as well as general employees.

I returned a ps VR2 here due to it having a non functional r2/r3 and was informed they replacement would be here in 1-3 days. The order was placed on Sunday, but didn’t go through until Tuesday, I got my stuff on Friday today. This one is also refurbished, the rubber cushion for the face was completely detached and thankfully I was able to reattach it easily. It does have a very strong weed smell though. Also the 25 dollar off promotion on the website would not work when I made my purchase. I drove 3 hours for my original purchase so was pretty bummed when I had to return and reorder anyway. I was really hoping to get the 25 off to go twoards the gas I wasted. It’s 4.16 a gallon for plus here 🥺 This store location was very nice and polite but the company itself definitely needs some work!

Always friendly faces, always good people doing their best to keep the public happy. Company price gauging isn't their fault, and they suffer just as we do. Folks always willing to chat and be honest.
