They don’t understand what the word NO means. The manager, I think she was, would not leave it alone that I did not want to pay for yearly stuff. I said no three times and she kept insisting. No one wants to deal with that kind of harassment. Unfortunately I will start buying what I need on amazon.

The workers are awesome and very helpful. They still do cool pre-release events/midnight releases for TCG. Great store in Mt. Dora!

Nice staff but watch their prices especially with their no return policy if you open an item. I got ripped off buying a Logitech G920. The marked the price up to 299.99 and included the “free” shifter. I got it home and tried it out and it works great, no complaints there, but I realized the price tag was multiple price tags below it. Each sticker was less than the one above it down to $219.00. So I paid $80 more than the original price and decided to check online and almost everywhere else that is asking 219. Would be nice to get some money back from this, it was a dirty move with the price. Also to be clear, it’s not this locations issue, this is a corporate move. Not only is corporate offering a free shifter which is $50 on its own, they’re making an extra $30 on top of that if you paid for were to pay for the shift and wheel and current market prices.

1. Don’t ever buy anything “new” here. They repackage used items and try to scam you saying it’s “new”. They make you purchase the system before bringing it out so you feel obligated to take it and when I asked for a different one because this was obviously used they brought me out another used one! Absolute scammers. 2. I also asked to buy a ps5 pro and they tried to tell me that the slim was the same specs as the pro just the slim version. 3. They must be heavily incentivized to sell their “used” inventory because it was pushed on me nonstop to the point they didn’t want to sell me a pro and tried to scam me into thinking the other models were the same specs. 4. They mark up their prices and don’t tell you the real prices by $100+ on some items unless you look it up online on the actual GameStop website and call them out on it. I don’t even want to imagine all the sweet parents that are trying to get their kids Christmas presents that are getting scammed over and over by these guys.
