GameStop - 5727 - West Side Plaza

It's a GameStop and they have the things that GameStop has. In other words: pretty good.

don't waste your time if an item has any amount of wear at this location. the device worked perfectly but they 'couldn't take it because of the condition'. ive seen them take items in FAR WORSE condition, but okay 😒

3rd time I come here and everyone is on break with the store closed. I don't get going on break for 30min an hour and half before the store closes. I guess ill take my money back to Walmart again since you don't want it.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. The guy that answered the phone just cost a sale. First, he didn't give his name. Second, he was short with me, and third He didn't recommend I get an Xbox, which my son wants for birthday. I wanted to trade on a console, and he seemed bothered by it. DO BETTER GAMESTOP.

This location is very unreliable. Sign on door said left at 2 and will be back in 60 mins and doors are still locked. Employees clearly do not care about the customers. Seen so many people walk up to the door and just waiting outside.
