The game I purchased was not in the box and now they are telling me they can’t give me the game after I spent 60 dollars on a Wii game

Definitely 100% customer service I went in twice cause of faulty equipment due to online order and dam I can’t remember her name but. She got me fully together I will be back to purchase more just have that good service

Make sure you check the cases yourself before you leave. I came in looking for some retro titles exclusively for the Xbox 360. I saw a couple I liked only to get home and find out that I bought a "Fallout New Vegas" case with a copy of "The Thing" for PS2 inside with the name Rico written in sharpie on the disc. Why didn't anyone check TS.

The employees were great, check your used merchandise though, at no fault to the workers here but we bought a pre-owned xbox s 1 TB, once home we realized it was only a 500 GB, so we had to go back and swap it out.
