It’s extremely hot inside. Nobody was in there but my fiancée and I. We had no trouble getting in but definitely had trouble leaving. Not very wheelchair accessible and loved being watched trying to leave instead of asking to hold the door! Thanks 😊

This GameSpot really blew up. And by that I mean it looks like an exploded comic-con booth. There are plenty of collectibles, funko pops, and Magic cards, the Five Nights at Freddie's merch is ever-present, and you can even show them "how it's done, done, done" with a K-Pop Demon Hunters shirt or wristband. Of course, a used PS5 will still cost $499.99 and a single Nintendo game will be not much less, but you have to remember that this and places like it are the last bastions of physical media. If that means buying some kitschy RPG dice or a blind-box One Piece character with your copy of Pokopia, so be it.

Was assisted by James on April 27, both over the phone and in person. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable about inventory and location was tidy. Will be shopping here again in the future.

Me and my buddies got here 10 min before close and Milo still processed 2 Xbox exchanges and sold me a meta quest 3s all in about 15min while making engaging conversation. Wonderful customer service and extra stress on how awesome Milo is.

Went by at 1:15pm to find a sign in the door saying the store would be closed from 1:30-2:30 for lunch…when the store hadn’t yet been open for two hours that day. I’m sorry, is the company so bad off that they can’t overlap two schedules so that someone can have a break? Pathetic. Returned to the location a week later to find the store still shuttered an hour after they’re supposed to be open.
