I bought a new controller paid for a warranty there was a short in the controller I brought it back they said they don't give out new items through warranty so maid me pay for a new warranty on a used controller I get home and it doesn't work probably my last time going to gamestop just shut them at this point

Areli was very nice, came in a little late but she helped me with all my questions and was very patient throughout our whole conversation. She had great customer service!

So when I did my PSA submission back in October they said it would take 50 business days top. Just informed me today that it could take up to 75. Never was told that or I would have gone through PSA directly. Don't use gamestop.

The staff is always courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I love coming here. The only reason I did not give them a 5 is that there are almost never pokemon cards there, and they will not let you do reservations for box sets. I showed up 30 minutes after open and they were already sold out. Really dissapointing...
