Whitley’s great! Love her energy, she’s super knowledgeable. 10/10

Employees are very informative as well will help see if they have stock at another location.

Super duper friendly staff! Nick helped me pick out the perfect system and setup for my boyfriend. Nick deserves a raise! My boyfriend was so happy with his new PS5. Nick knew exactly what to do.

On October 2 2025, employees sold me false information on the Pro membership that led today being a issue. I was told I would get 5 for signing up along with another 5 for the month. I entered the location to day to use that service just to be told no because I was already a member 3 years ago so it was a renewal. a retrain on service policy is a necessity because I won't be coming back to this location. wasted 15 dollar for membership that does nothing for me

This location has so much stuff it's great. Got some very nice rare gamer items here. This store made quite a few last minute presents happen when I couldn't find it anywhere else. Highly recommend!
