Helpful and friendly staff. If your into video games or have family and friends that are, then this is the store to shop. Prices are decent, especially if you can catch the sales. The best part is that they offer warranties on controllers and headsets. Coming from a family of gamers that's just awesome and money saving.

I had a great experience the first time I sold an iPhone to this store no hassle no gimmicks, I go in today and a employee named Chris proceeded to dig his nail into my phone screen to change the price outcome of my estimate, I’ve never heard of that method of inspection my 9+ years of being a pro member and I’ve never had to experience it that being said I wouldn’t do business with GameStop any time this person is behind the counter his actions were disgraceful and disrespectful if there is a checklist with methods and instructions up to yearly standard, on how to appraise properly then I would like to be informed.

They always help me when I ask questions. Always have some kind of deal. I usually go in once or twice over two weeks. Everyone is friendly and super nice.
