The manager Jermey and Andrew took care of me. Knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. They went above and beyond. Even helped with internet recommendations.

The employee there doesn't wear a name tag, but everytime we go in there and ask about Pokémon, and Naruto cards he gas lights us saying they haven't had them in a really long time when in fact they had them the week before. He acts very sketchy as if he just buys most of their card products so no one else can. Not friendly at all. Just say no we don't have any....it's not that pressing lol

I ordered a plush online with a GameStop gift/money card that I bought in store for $50.39 (I actually ordered it while I was still inside the store because they didn't have the one I needed in stock). It was defective when I received it in the mail. I took it to the store in the box it was originally shipped in, with the return label. I showed them the email and explained the whole thing. They had to call customer service, but couldn't understand the person very well. We decided that I would exchange it for a different plush in store. WITH tax, it would've been about 42.88. So I lost about $7.50 for the defective plush to be sent to my house. I just noticed the receipt also says the return reason was : Did not like. Lie #1. It says Tender type: Unknown, even though I explained that it was a GameStop gift card, and showed the email. Lie #2. Very frustrating, but I should've questioned more and also looked at the receipt before leaving I guess.

I went to the store to buy an OLED Nintendo switch on black Friday for the $199 deal and the store said they had one and they boxed it up and sold it to me but just before christmas I went to set it up to be ready for my daughter to play with on Christmas I noticed it was the original switch they’d sold me. I immediately called the store and told them their mistake and they said best I can do is see about doing a refund even though it was their fault and told me I was getting a different device than they sold me. Bad customer service and sad that employees would scan out a different device and scam me thinking I was getting what I asked for.

The woman at the Front desk is a true professional! She’s got great customer service, very good with pitching membership benefits & didn’t get upset when told no. I appreciate good salesmanship!
