GameStop - 5420 - Wake Pointe

My boyfriend and I came in to buy an Xbox 360 and a couple of controllers, the one we bought ended up not being compatible with the game we were trying to play on it. We went back in the next day, the associate Alex was very kind, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure we received a console that worked efficiently and he consistently maintained an awesome attitude. Thank you Alex!

It doesn’t take long for the employees to treat you like family. The former store manager; Anthony, was always friendly and smiling. My main dude ia Alex. Not only is he friendly and courteous, but he remembers all his customers. We even have a running joke about the store music. What’s great about Alex is that he balances the corporate priorities of a chain store with the intimate environment of a private business. He’s always offering the warranty on every sale, wherever applicable. He always explains the value versus risk versus cost to every customer. If not for Alex, I’d probably find a different Gamestop, but like I said, we’re all family now.

Samm was really nice to me, despite what might’ve came off as an unfriendly attitude from my end. I went in for WiiFit Balance Board (online order), and she handled it really quickly. Good customer service, 10/10.

Best GameStop Ever! The workers are very nice and cooperate with everyone! If you're planning to sell something Ex: consoles, games, cards, e.c.t. They have you're back. The GameStop also offers a lot of figures, plushies, and much more! Once I went there just to browse, and they were selling Gundam models! I hope this GameStop stays open forever and keeps the business steady!

This is me & my sons favorite Gamestop. Always a nice selection of games. Staff is always super friendly, especially the manager Anthony. He's so helpful and knowledgeable. Every time we enter the store Anthony greets us with a smile.
