GameStop - 5399 - Triangle Mall

I had an issue with a trade in where I didn't get my pro membership bonus credit about two weeks ago. The employee at that time didn't want to fix his mistake. I came in today and was helped out by Danny. Really cool guy and he went above and beyond to fix the issue, also calling different managers to correct the issue. Very good man and easy to talk to. I have nothing, but great things to say about Danny. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves within the company. He turned a very negative experience into a uplifting, positive experience. Thank you very much!

Went to their Magic the gathering meet the other day it was so much fun and the staff were all pretty amazing! Was able to play some commander games which was pretty fun! The Manager there is pretty cool!

I was here yesterday and i just want to say everyone here was amazing, great customer service and making sure everyone in the store was safe, one of the workers was here alone last night and had a nasty customer come in he was cussing up a storm when the worker couldn’t help because of missing items gamestop needed and the worker was very respectful and was thinking of others here.

Went in looking for some collectibles and had a super cool convo with the employees working there. I didn’t catch the managers name but he was cool and talked to me about warhammer 40k. I snagged the figures they had. Very friendly store with awesome music and vibes. In case the manager that spoke to me sees this “FOR THE EMPEROR”

listen i get upcharging is your job you need to make your commission and thats FINE but you need to be honest about what is an extra charge and what isnt. we went in to get the new Tomodachi life and she literally said WORD FOR WORD "i have added a 2 year protection plan" not "would you like me to add a two year protection plan" at the END of the transaction after theres already a line and shes handing me my reciept. i dont know how thats not literal theft and manipulation because of course if i ask for a refund now I'm the asshole who is holding up the line causing a problem. been going here for years and this has never been an issue until now, definitely not going back I'm tired of being lied to
