these guys never answer the phone, they purposely ignore the phone one time i saw one of the employees staring at the phone and just let it rang, they don’t care about their job or store, HORRIBLE and USELESS store.

Worst location. Wouldn’t let me buy (2) Pokemon Destined rivals booster packs without a GameStop membership. Even card stores let you buy max 2 on the brand new drops. This is not even close to a new drop. Money grabbing on an already marked up product. Don’t waste your time.

I do not recommend this location! Don’t bother just go to the GamexChange they will take better care of you. I went in on Saturday Feb 7th, the employee working that day aggressively opened the games that I brought in to check the value on them and then slammed the case closed on a game that popped out due to the way he opened it and put a deep scratch. This game had no scratches and is now no longer playable.

Told the guy I wanted an Xbox X/s series like I had last time and the guy gave me an Xbox X then charged me an 80$ warrant and this one is used tried to take it back and the other worker there said that they couldn’t do anything and also I shouldn’t have been charged the 80$ but then refused to give me the 80$ back I do not recommend coming here because they have the worst service and I will not be coming back here again
