GameStop - 5206 - Brinker Plaza

Smaller location & not fond of the parking lot, but staff is always helpful & friendly. Always seems to be multiple staff which is helpful. Have stopped going to the one off University bc they can't seem to bother with any type of customer service while doing buy ins. Love it I can come to this one & actually get help!

Store representative at the front had a horrible attitude and no energy, even tho he seemed just fine speaking to customers before us... Honestly though this review is simply based off of GameStop's outrageous pricing for trading cards and horrible trade in credits. Terrible business that should not be supported and enables scam-like behaviors. Do NOT purchase trading cards here!!

Poor customer service. The employee helping me came off as disgruntled and took a long time to evaluate the consoles and controllers. We went to another GameStop and got more than double the amount this GameStop offered.

Arrived at 12:01 and saw that the gates were still closed. Watched a FedEx delivery not get answered at 12:05. Waited around until 12:20 and the gates were still closed and no one seemed to be inside. I will not be going back to this GameStop as it has gone downhill in customer service. I will be shopping exclusively at the one on University

Bianca was so pleasant and patient to work with. My son traded in some controllers for a new one. He had a gift card to use which wasn’t active but she waited while we did that. So friendly! Top notch service!
