Share holder review . I preordered 2 illustration packs that were to be released July 31. Going rate is $44 , they asked $65 and I agreed because I wanted to make sure I got the character illustrations I wanted . Game stop called on the 31st and said they didn’t get it in and they’d call when they arrive . They call 8/7 and say my cards are in . I go to pick them up and they say I owe $27 more dollars …. Yes they are upcharging more . I explain to them that is is crazy but I want my specific character cards so I pay . They then bring out two random character illustration boxes . I ordered Sanji and Zoro , they are giving Eustis kid and silvers Raleigh . I’m like , no that’s not what I ordered . We go back and forth a bit and they say they can’t refund because I already paid . Upcharging double what the retail price is insane . DO NOT PRE ORDER CARDS HERE . Do not shop here . Also I’m selling my game stop stock . You suck .

Treated like a junkie while trading in vintage gba sp and golden sun. Told me my golden sun was fake and didnt offer me store credit nothing. She went straight to heres your cash. I was planning on pre ordering Fable. Acted as if I stole it and had no idea what I was handing her. Tiffany was extremely condescending ( well you keep the game, you should play it! ) it was my game ive played since I was 9. Accusatory ( saying I brought in a fake game and a reprint then backpedaled when i told my gf she accused me of having a fake game) I worked at Gamestop I would have been fired for that level of unprofessionalism. Got Fable from Walmart easy choice.

Helpful knowledge from the staff member working today! It was easy to park here on a Sunday as well. Worth getting a new console through Gamestop still!

Decent selection of games and the staff is usually pretty knowledgeable, which is a plus. However, the store can feel a bit cramped and sometimes it takes a while to get assistance when it’s busy. Overall, it’s a solid option for gamers, just be prepared for a little wait sometimes.

Staff was nice. I thought they had some unique offerings that a gamer and kids would enjoy. However, I was instructed to go there to make a return for Happy Returns. It took two trips, and they could only accept the one item as they did not have a bag big enough to accept some shoes. The first trip I made there they were closed. Carefully check their hours as they vary day to day.
