GameStop - 5197 - Spreckles Park

Sorry guys, I almost never leave bad reviews but today’s visit totally warrants one. We came in for one (1) game and waited in line for like 20 minutes. The cashier was busy talking to the other two employees standing behind the counter about their shoe size while a line kept building behind us. I understand that employees aren’t always assigned to be cashiers on their shift, but three employees just hangin out while on the clock is not cool. Kept apologizing for the wait, but never sped up their sense of urgency. They were having a Magic the Gathering game night in the store. At one point the girl who was supposed to be ringing us up told their coworker: “I got this under control, you should go play Magic.” Sorry, while the line just kept growing?? I couldn’t believe it lol. One of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve had, and now I’m not surprised why GameStop is going under.

can someone get rid of justin the one with the gold badge, hes so lazy and takes forever with customers, has a line of customers and then purposely picks up the phone taking around 10 minutes to talk with either his manager or co worker . takes forever to check someone out. 0 customer service skills, dude sucks. everyone else there is awesome, especially justice

The staff here are super friendly and always ready to help you find exactly what you're looking for. I love the variety of games and collectibles they have, plus the occasional sale makes it even better. Definitely a go-to spot for any gaming enthusiast!

Said they were open at 11:00 today waited outside till 12:00 and they still where not open or appearing to open anytime soon, I left the stores posted sign says opens at 11:00 as well so not sure what's going on with that.

I was finally able to collect my preordered T-800 figure from Terminator Dark Fate. Took forever and I was the one who called them for a status check, SMH. I'm getting Sarah Connor at Target for a better price so FYI. $21.49 vs. $26.99...
