Behrooz best worker ever very chill and nice helps you find what you need Dylan is a good worker as well

I frequent this location and have become very fond of Behrooz, alway friendly and helpful. Was super helpful with my psa submission and even held something for me he knew I had been searching for when they got it. Definitely manager material for GameStop if the need ever arises! He’s the reason I keep going back!

Told me I couldnt pre order the item I wanted that I'd have to show up on release day. Only to show up on release day to be told all the boxes were all pre ordered and they cant sell them. I think the employees are up to something shady.

I have been a member since it was a Funco....their service is consistently great and they always have what we need. The staff are great to work with and well trained.

Store was not open on time on sunday 3/8/26. Got here at 10:20 to find them not open still. There door and website say 10:00 on sundays. When the employee working was asked about the late opening she said they open at 11. If thats the case there should be updates on the door and the website. The employee working couldnt care less about the issue. Makes sense why so many of these stores are closing and cant stay open....
