It's kinda disrespectful to ask me if I want a membership and when I reply no ... Both cashier's go into their own spill about how often they see me... Asking me to repeat myself and confirm if I want a membership.. first of all I just said no second of all if you see me so often then that means I said know every single one of those times as well so why make up a lie to me about how much money I'm losing about the membership the only thing I'm buying is Penny sleeves and I'm actually losing money by buying them at GameStop instead of the swap meet and why tease me about the the PSA grade I have been waiting on for months and tease me again about probably not getting it for another 6 months this type of behavior is why the jewelry store was robbed next door.. I'm there to get sleeve and he make me want to FOLLOW HIM HOME

Wonderful customer service here. I had an issue with an item I bought from the instore online catalog never being shipped. Abby was so helpful and called in to customer service for me and was able to get everything sorted out and a tracking number by the end of the day. Ricardo also went above and beyond for me helping out when another store turned me away with an attitude. I'm in here every week seeing what's new and happy to spend my money here. Keep it up, everyone!

Never had any bad experiences at this local gamestop. Staff is always amazing, especially Patrick. You can tell this is a man who enjoys his job. Patrick typically opens for the pokemon drops and given the lines and people that show up for these events, he's always remained professional and happy. I've witnessed this individual go above and beyond to ensure the safety of the customers during the mega evolutions drop, and that drop was a hectic one, but no one got hurt. Thanks to this man's thinking about the lining up process, I wasn't trampled for fancy cardboard.

Wow,this is a very small store but they have so many games and it was very well-kept they have everything you need for all of your gaming needs, they also have televisions in there, there was only one employee in there and she was very helpful and very nice and very courteous,Shop local,Buy local,Spend local. I will definitely be back again
