GameStop - 5136 - Cherry Hill Shopping Center

This GameStop sucks the dude with the “LONG HAIR” has a very rude and demeaning attitude . Honestly idk how he works here probably because no one ever works with him but honestly I could not with him. Made it the hardest thing to even get a price on selling a Nintendo switch . Then because it was dead he refused to give me prices on the games until the switch was charged when they buy them separately too so he proceeded to go over to next customers . I asked him to please give me a price on the games and of course he just put his hand up like give me here type attitude . It’s people like this that really grind my gears . Ugh I was shaking . Then he gunna say I could come in tomorrow I almost said not if your working .

Luc at GameStop made what we expected to be a long, stressful trade-in process incredibly smooth. We came in with nearly 100 games, two consoles, and several controllers, and he handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. Not once did Luc seem stressed or overwhelmed. He was easy to talk to, organized, and handled the entire process with grace. What impressed us even more was how he continued helping other customers while working through our large trade-in, treating everyone with the same friendly and pleasant attitude. He truly turned what we thought would be a terrible, time-consuming experience into something simple and enjoyable. Because of this one experience with Luc, we would gladly come back to this GameStop location again and again. Excellent customer service like this deserves to be recognized!

The manager Rick is very nice and friendly he makes me feel welcomed everytime I come into this store. He also helped me apply and save money with the pro account. Overall the store is clean and neat and has great customer service.

When I walked in Anthony made me feel like I mattered. He didn't know the struggles I have been going through and instantly made my day. Rick was also very helpful with all the collectibles I got. Walking in this store made my entire week

Here I am in the parking lot at 8:20pm. Sign clearly states open until 9pm everything is locked up. Ridiculous. Change the sign if your not going to be open. Wonder if Corporate knows they are closed. Edit: just read other reviews apparently this isn't a one time deal. Looks like they open and close whenever. Good thing I just wasted 25 min each way driving for nothing.
