GameStop - 5048 - Grand Prairie Plaza

It was extremely hot in there. It’s a shame they don’t think about their local customers.

Very well stocked and very clean store, helpful and friendly staff.

Showed up to the store at 5:05 with the door locked and security shuttered pulled nearly closed. A sign on the door read, "Be back at 5 PM." Waited until 5:23 and no one showed up. What do you mean, 5 O'clock tomorrow? I get the employees of Gamestop are probably understaffed and overworked. But dang. If you aren't coming back, at least write a sign that says so.

Easter, sunday came to the store to buy a twelve month xbox live subscription. The store hours on the door and the store hours on the internet. Both say the store is open right now. But the doors are locked. The lights are on, but no one's in the store. Gas is too high to be playing with people who choose not to do their job.. Corporate really needs to look into this. I can see now why they are talking about closing. Game stops customer service sucks.

Alex is great, he set me on a path of collecting cards and i've not stop since, my OnePiece collection go crazy right now cus of this one guy ,just wish Gamestop do a better job restocking
