I came in for a trade-in and new console purchase. AJ walked me through the process and when we encountered a weird issue with my account took the time to call corporate and get my issue resolved. They took the time to escalate it and saved me so much time and frustration on my own.

I went to the Antioch GameStop July 1st 2026 after having a disappointing experience at the Pittsburg store. Manager Adrian and staff members Rory and Malachi helped me replace my Nintendo Switch and made the whole process easy and stress-free. They were kind, patient, and professional, and they turned a frustrating situation into a great experience. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I'll definitely be back!

Ordered a game to pick up. Online system said it was there and I went there and it wasnt. Expected a refund and never got it. Called em and customer service. Customer service said only the store can fix this. Store says customer service can fix this. Had to just request a charge back on my card to finally get a refund after a month. Didnt expect it would be so hard to get a refund for a order the store couldn't do

I was shopping around at my local game stop, the employee I think her name was Allison was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Honestly she is an exemplar of Customer Service she went above and beyond to help me find the right game. 10/10 will only shop here again if Allison is working.

Walked in to buy a retro game system. There was like one customer in the store at the time. And one employee. I let him know what i was looking for and he said great ill be with you after. I waited patiently and browsed. Once I heard him wrapping up I came to the counter. Then more people started coming in. He proceededs to help a new person. I think fine might be he forgot. Im waiting(right in the front he can see me) he starts to help another person. Then another. By this time im irritated and even another customer was like you keep forgetting about him. I just walked out and walked across to best buy. Too bad I was ready to spend some coin. Never been treated like that. It was bizarre
