GameStop - 4910 - River Marketplace

I loved games top since I was a kid, but it has really fallen off. The blonde store manager is rude, corporate is a joke that mistreats employees, overpriced garbage I could easily get cheaper online, allows scalpers to raid Pokémon card deliveries leaving none for actual customers, and on top of all that I'm now forced to use a gamestop app to use my monthly coupon on the pro account I pay for. I feel sorry for your employees and hope your business continues to fail to better options like Game Exchange and Play N Trade.

Poorest customer service I've experienced in a while. Never felt uncomfortable to be conducting business in a Gamestop before this morning. Employee had 0 enthusiasm and looked visibly irritated by me being in the store and talking.

Was greeted politely and the woman who opened today was incredibly helpful and pleasant. She was also knowledgeable as I did not know the xbox x/s controller is compatible with an Xbox one! Thank you for not making me go to Walmart 🤣

the sales rep took the extra effort providing patience when communicating. Her customer service gave my youngest confidence to communicate with her during the entire transaction.

Thank you Logan and Cora !! Great guys and they really care about you !! Thank y’all for looking out !!! Really honest people!! Go get your membership now!!
