First off, on console trade ins. They are not trading in for a New system , you are getting a used system , basically a swap, but you give them $200-300 maybe more . Why wouldn’t I just sell my system and put the $ towards a new one from a reputable store. The manager is rude and definitely has a control issue but for that I’m thankful, the experience made me realize and convince my grandson this was not a good option to trade his system. I’ll pass on this store

Went there last night at 7:45pm but they were closed. Their sign says they are open till 9pm.

The plaza its located in is a little dirty and dated. The store is a typical game stop, the item is went in for was in stock. The staff is friendly some times and indifferent at others but never rude. The facility is clean and well maintained. Prices are a bit on the high side.

the store has multiple shelves and table with clearance items, with big signs that say"Buy 2 get 2 Free". But among them they hide items with a sticker that says markdown instead of clearance. So when kids get to the register thinking they are getting a deal, when really they are getting ripped off. When I pointed that out to the worker he said "oh someone must have just put that there randomly." On my way out of the store I made sure to point out that there were numerous red stickers on that shelf. It is purposely confusing to the customer. So you end up not getting your free items. Which is exactly what happened to us. Because the cashier said if we were going to pick two free items we would have to wait in the line again and we had already waited 20 while he let the customer in front of us go grab an item real quick. (We weren't offered that same courtesy.)

Today 12/12 the store wasn't opened. As of 10:30 the store still isn't opened. I've witnessed about 10 people come and try to open the door and walk away frustrated. The store was supposed to be open at 10am. Someone dropped the ball here. As the opener for the day clearly didn't show up.
