GameStop - 4828 - Wards Crossing

This is store sucks… the people who were working when I went was rude. Will never return to this store.

Just went in and purchased a game, normal transaction asked me several times if I wanted to renew asked me twice if I wanted to preorder no issue but never asked me if I wanted warranty on the game which I did not but one was given anyway and stuck in the bag without me noticing definitely looked like the manager who rung it up. Like to have a choice next time on what’s charged on my card big no no.

Wish it wasn't forest brook that closed. I had to preorder from this branch and I think its time to preorder from Amazon or best buy from here on out. Can never get a hold of them on the phone for an issue.

Employees are usually very friendly and easy to talk to. Shane checked me out tonight, and did a great job handling certain issues that arise from earlier transactions. I've found many great deals on games at this location, and because they carry many retro games, there's a large selection to choose from 👍

I wanted to browse and get a game in person. They have a great stock of new releases as well as consoles. I ended up getting Clair Obscur- Expedition 33, and a very kind worker gave me an Elden Ring: Nightrein Keychain since I mentioned I love Elden Ring. Will go back again the next time I want to buy a game in person : )
