It was bad the cards were resealed and over price I saw games that were 100 like miro cart also it kinda smells the staff sucked wated 100 bucks got 10 packs and got nothing.

Huge shout out to Trevor! I had an outstanding experience at this GameStop and I hope other customers get the chance to work with Trevor and the rest of the team. He has definitely set the standard for what excellent customer service should look like. He was extremely professional from start to finish and genuinely committed to helping me find a PlayStation 5 controller that worked perfectly. Trevor didn’t just try one solution — he tried multiple approaches, troubleshooting every angle until the job was done right. He went above and beyond to make sure I left with a controller that met my needs, and his patience, awareness, and customer‑first mindset truly stood out. I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I received. I hope other customers get the chance to work with Trevor and the rest of the team at this GameStop. Cool store but the staff is awful. They push the memberships and warranty on you and get mad at you for saying no like if they’re personally selling it themselves. The vibes there is just off and make you feel very uncomfortable. I hated the whole experience.

James is always a great help, sorry about the returns tonight and the computer kept shutting down on him so i feel terrible but i always come here and James always helps me out and is great! Thanks again!

My son and two of his friends recently stopped into our local GameStop, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. While browsing the store, they were suspected of stealing by an employee even though they had not taken anything. My son noticed the employee taking a picture of his license plate. When I called to see what was going on, the employee was completely unreasonable with me on the phone. When I finally got him to let me talk, I told him I understood that he could have his suspicions, but after reviewing the tape he would not find anything. I'm sure a high percentage of GameStop sales come from teenagers. If you are going to suspect that every teenager that comes in there is stealing stuff, you got the wrong employees working for you. This will be out last experience with this GameStop or any other one.
